Marketing Director
Job Duties:
Constructing and executing a marketing plan with an intent to build a large and international audience
Conducting frequent market research and reporting back with up to date marketing strategies
Meeting regularly with creators to discuss marketing strategy
Communicating and collaborating with Marketing and Analytics Assistant
Relevant Skills
Strong grasp of marketing concepts and theories
Experience with/understanding of internet trends and algorithms, including, but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit
Strong time management skills
Exceptional communication skills
Prior experience with digital marketing and graphic design skills are a plus

Marketing and Analytics Assistant:
Job Duties
- Monitoring video data analytics and developing recommendations based on engagement
- Assisting the Marketing Director in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies
- Managing social media accounts on behalf of the project
- Communicating and collaborating with Marketing Director
Relevant Skills
- Experience with/understanding of internet trends and algorithms including, but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit
- Strong time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with running business/organization based social media accounts a plus
- Graphic design skills a plus

Production Assistant
Job Duties:
Creating and managing schedules for the project, and ensuring all shoots are on time
Assisting to ensure continuity across shots
Distributing communications on behalf of the production team, including any relevant documentation
Acting as a runner/messenger on set and communicating between departments
Assisting production team on set with assorted odd jobs
Relevant Skills:
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Editor
Job Duties
- Review raw footage and determine best takes for final cuts
- Prepare 2-3 final cuts to be reviewed by creators prior to launch
- Oversee Editing Assistant in creation of trailers, promotional material and graphics
- Collaborate and communicate with Editing Assistant, Director and Creators

Relevant Skills
-Experience editing short films and/or internet content
- Strong understanding of comedy and comedic timing
- Access to and understanding of professional editing software
- Strong time management skills

Editing Assistant
Job Duties
- Organizing raw footage to be reviewed by Editor
- Editing trailers, promotional material, etc.
- Creating graphics, thumbnails, etc. as required
- Communicating with Editor, Director, Creators and Marketing team
- Assisting Editor with job duties as needed
